Dr Goh Minghui is a Consultant General Surgeon with a special interest in diseases involving the colon and rectum. She graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2007 and was certified as a specialist in General Surgery in 2016 by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

She was awarded the SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan Award in 2018 and embarked on a one year fellowship at Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong. Under the expert tutelage of Professor Simon Ng, Dr Goh was trained in minimally invasive surgery for colorectal cancer.

Prior to private practice, Dr Goh was a consultant with the Department of Colorectal Surgery at Singapore General Hospital. Dr Goh was also a faculty with NUS to teach medical students at SGH. She was awarded Dean’s Teaching Award in 2013 for her efforts in educating the future generation of doctors. She was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with SingHealth Duke-NUS Surgery Academic Programme.

Together with her team, Dr Goh attends to patients who need either emergency or elective surgical consults for conditions such as abdominal pain, per rectal bleeding and change in bowel habits. She is also trained and accredited to perform day procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
